The Defense Research Institute’s Drug and Medical Device Seminar, May 5-6, 2011, Chicago, Illinois

As a member of the Defense Research Institute’s Drug and Medical Device Committee, I am happy to report that this year’s annual seminar/conference will be held at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers in Chicago, Illinois on May 5th and 6th.  Anyone involved in defending drug and medical device companies should consider attending.   This year, in-house counsel who are also members of DRI and its Corporate Counsel Committee will not be charged for registration.   For more information about the seminar or for more details about the in-house member registration fee waiver, visit the DRI website.

Of particular interest to those who do business in the European Union, or those who represent them, our friends from Sidley Austin LLP will be presenting a topic entitled Privilege, Privacy and Dawn Raids: What You Need to Know If Your Client Does Business in the European Union.   It is sure to pack the house.
