DRI’s Drug and Medical Device Seminar, May 10-11, 2012, New Orleans, Louisiana

As a volunteer for the DRI’s Drug and Medical Device Committee, I am happy to report that this year’s annual seminar will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans, Louisiana, on May 10th and 11th. Anyone involved in representing drug or medical device companies in the United States should consider attending. Besides presenting significant educational opportunities, this conference can be a great opportunity for pharmaceutical and medical device companies to gather their inside and outside counsel together in a private meeting to exchange ideas, strategies, expectations, and projections. It can also be a wonderful opportunity for global pharmaceutical and medical device companies to get a reading on the litigation climate and activity occurring in the United States. For more information about the seminar, please visit http://www.dri.org/Event/20120070.
