Andrew D. Linden, an associate with the firm, practices in the Litigation Group.
As a summer associate with the firm in 2006, Andrew was involved in research, drafting and participating in client interviews, litigation proceedings and exposure to most phases of the practice.
Previously, he completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Harvey Weissbard, Acting Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, the Honorable Susan L. Reisner, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and the Honorable Rudy B. Coleman, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
At Seton Hall University School of Law, Andrew participated in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board. He was also the Research Assistant to the Assistant Dean of Admissions as well as the Student Representative to the Admission and Financial Aid Committee of the Student Bar Association.
