The panel will provide an overview of the foreclosure process in Pennsylvania, including pre-sale; day of sale, post sales, and personal property sales. The program will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at the CLE Conference Center in the Wannamaker Building in Philadelphia, PA. It will be available via simulcast in several other cities on the same day, and repeated on Thursday, April 19, in Mechanicsburg and Wednesday, April 25, in Pittsburgh.
“There are a myriad of local rules and practices associated with sheriff’s sales and real estate tax sales. This presentation will explain what happens at each of these sales and how to avoid common errors if you are involved in a sale.
