Corporate Associate

Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, PA is seeking a Corporate Associate.  The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of strong transactional experience. Experience should be in general corporate, technology/IT licensing, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Ability to handle purchase and sales transactions and excellent contract drafting skills are a must. Experience in health care matters, particularly regulatory and compliance work for hospitals, physicians or medical device companies, would be considered a plus. Exposure to a variety of corporate contracts is also required. Position offers the opportunity to work on diverse corporate matters and gain quality, substantive experience.

Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communications skills. Admission to NJ bar required.
