Norris McLaughlin & Marcus Presents Products Liability Seminar

Bridgewater, NJ (November 5, 2009) – Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. will present a seminar entitled, “Managing Products Liability Risk for Manufacturers and Distributors,” on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at its offices in Bridgewater, New Jersey.  The seminar is designed for manufacturers and distributors of products to help them plan for and avoid products liability.   The seminar is suggested for in-house counsel, risk managers, manufacturing and design engineers, claims managers, regulatory compliance personnel, and all those involved with producing or distributing a product.    In addition to addressing domestic concerns, the seminar will address important strategies for working with foreign manufacturers and suppliers.

Judge William A. Dreier (ret.) will moderate the seminar, as well as give a brief overview of Products Liability Law.  Other speakers and topics include: Steven A. Karg, whose topic will be “Products Liability Prevention and Risk Management Tactics;” Charles W. Miller, “Insurance Considerations;” M.
