Bradford W. Muller is an associate with the firm in the Litigation and Internet Law Groups.
Brad has been published in scholarly journals on numerous topics, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and social media. Brad co-authored "Virtual Crimes - Real Damages: Challenges Posed By Cybercrimes in the U.S. and Effots to Combat Cybercriminals Part I," published in Spring 2011 and "Virtual Crimes, Real Damages Part II: What Businesses Can Do Today to Protect Themselves from Cybercrime, and What Public-Private Partnerships are Attempting to Achieve for the Nation of Tomorrow," published in Spring 2012, by the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology.
While at the firm, Brad has worked on numerous legal matters involving the interaction of law and technology, including data breaches, the illegal posting of intellectual property to the Internet, and online defamation.
Prior to joining, Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, Brad served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. Parrillo, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Brad earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University, where he was a Comments Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review, and summa cum laude from Seton Hall University with his degree in Finance.
