Timothy J. Siegfried, a Member of the firm, has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, leasing, management, and development of industrial, commercial, and residential projects and regularly represents clients in tax exemption and tax assessment appeals. He has represented banks, municipalities, publicly traded companies, real estate developers, and REITs in many local and regional transactions, including complex acquisitions, mergers, financings, joint venture arrangements, leases, project finance transactions, syndications, public and private debt and equity placements, and transactions involving the development and management of regional malls, automobile dealerships, office buildings, assisted living facilities, warehouses, condominiums, planned communities, and other projects.
Timothy is very active in civic and community affairs, particularly those involving real estate. Timothy has served on the board of directors of the Wildlands Conservancy and was past chairman of the Lehigh County Board of View. He has been appointed to the Joint State Government Commission, Advisory Committee on Real Property Law and its Uniform Condominium, Real Estate Cooperatives, and Uniform Planned Communities Subcommittee.
