Our attorneys serve on the committees and boards of local and regional economic development organizations such as the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation and the Greater Easton Development Partnership.

We provide special counsel legal services to the Easton Redevelopment Authority, Lehigh Valley Industrial Park, Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation and Lehigh Valley Land Recycling Initiative.

Some representative projects include the 25th Street Palmer TIF, the Easton Intermodal and City Hall Project (located on 3rd Street), Bethlehem Tech Centers, other TIF projects including Hillwood at I-78 and PA 863, the Chrin interchange project at Route 33 and Tatamy Road in Palmer Township, and Hamilton Crossings in Lower Macungie Township, City Center financing, real estate and development work in downtown Allentown, and The Social Still in Bethlehem. We have served as legal counsel for lenders leveraging the benefits of the Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ) in Allentown, and the City Revitalization and Improvement Zone (CRIZ) in Bethlehem. We served as special counsel to Easton’s Redevelopment Authority regarding the Silk Mill Complex and currently, serve as real estate and environmental special counsel to the developer of the Brownfield Waterfront Project in the City of Allentown.  We also currently serve as special counsel to Upper Mount Bethel Township regarding the enactment of a Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance Act (LERTA) Ordinance.  Our firm has handled numerous tax-exempt financings for public authorities that issue conduit debt for the benefit of both public and private entities, including Morningstar Senior Living, Lafayette College, Moravian College, Lehigh University, St. Luke’s Hospital, Cetronia Ambulance Corp., and the Da Vinci Science Center.  Most recently, we have served as lead counsel on the Northampton County P3 Bridge Renewal Project, the first-of-its-kind in Pennsylvania.
